We are a local home improvement company looking for new subcontractors. We are rapidly expanding and looking to build long-term relationships with subcontractors to perform work for us. We offer competitive per-project pay and a flexible work schedule/environment.

Subcontactors must meet the following requirements (do not apply if you do not meet these requirements):

-NJ License and insurance
-Able to pass criminal background check
-Own truck and tools
-Available helper, helpers, or team of craftsmen
-10 years home improvement experience
-Experience in carpentry, tile, drywall, light plumbing, light electrical (all permitted electrical and plumbing work will be performed by licensed professionals)
-Ability to take a large scale remodeling project from beginning to completion (kitchens, basements, bathrooms)

Responsibilities:
-Managing the completion of projects after they are sold
-Interfacing with customers for project completion
-Completing projects with quality and precision
-Updating projects' statuses in our project tracking database
-Permit paperwork
